Planning starts on Day 1 and concludes at the end of the event.  We are by your side throughout the entire planning process and walk you through every step of the way.

Wedding Coordination
If you are planning everything and just need someone to bring it all together to make the wedding day go smoothly, we can coordinate all aspects of your event.  All coordination includes two coordinators on the wedding day.

Our most popular option is the Complete Wedding Coordination Package and includes 3 consultations, a timeline checklist, unlimited communication throughout the process, a detailed Wedding Day Itinerary, floorplan design, vendor confirmations, rehearsal direction, and all-day wedding coordination.

The Weekend-Of Package includes a 1-hour consultation prior to the start of the rehearsal, rehearsal direction, and 4 hours of onsite coordination.

Travel
We LOVE East Texas weddings, but we also LOVE to travel!  

Consultations
Our Coordinators are also available for consultations.  If you decide somewhere along the way that you need a little more guidance or just need someone to run ideas by, we will meet with you on an hourly basis with a 2-hour minimum.

Event Staff
Taryn's Errands has a professional staff ready to assist with any event.  We can take care of all the set-up, placing decor ​items, restocking the buffet and maintaining cleanliness of buffet line, serving guest tables, cake cutting, and clean-up.  Event staff is available on an hourly basis with a 4-hour minimum.

Personal Stylist
We provide personal shopping assistance for:
  • Brides
  • Mother-of-the-bride
  • Any wedding party members
  • Special Events 

Officiant
Taryn's Errands has, on staff, a Licensed & Ordained Christian Minister that will meet with engaged couples for an in-depth counselling session, then attend the rehearsal and perform the wedding ceremony.

Calligraphy
We offer scripted handwriting for Save the Date cards, Invitations, Envelopes, Placecards, Menus and other personalized event items.
